# Community Rewards & Leaderboards

In addition to in-game rewards, players can actively engage with the MetaSpace ecosystem to earn exclusive community rewards. However, community rewards are not counted toward the in-game leaderboard. This separation keeps the main leaderboard focused purely on skill in missions and arenas while giving every player extra ways to earn outside the core game. You can join events on X, Telegram, and Discord, create content, help new players, or simply stay active in the community channels. The MetaSpace community always has something worth checking out for everyone. Community rewards play a key role in engaging casual gamers and eSports fans.

### Community Rewards

Community rewards on MetaSpace include airdrops, engagement rewards, and giveaways in community channels. In addition to XP, community rewards can take the form of $LORD, NFTs, and $USDT. Every week, the top three XP earners get special weapon NFTs and the title “Commander of the Week.” The player who earns this title four times in a month will receive a character NFT and the title "Conquerer of the Month." Additionally, the top community engager in each month receives a Character NFT and the title "Contributor of the Month". At the end of the year, the top 10 performers receive large prizes, and the player at the very top on the list will be crowned as “Metanoid of the Year."

In 2025, the winner of the title received $500 in $LORD, the first runner-up got $400, and the second runner-up took home $300. Top performers in content creation contests, game nights, community development events, and social media campaigns also receive exciting rewards. The community rewards system is designed so everyone has a fair chance to win exciting rewards in MetaSpace. You don’t have to be the absolute best at the game to get rewarded.

### Leaderboards

MetaSpace has two leaderboards: the in-game leaderboard that you can see on the app and the Airdrop leaderboard on the website.

#### In-Game Leaderboard

Players who complete the first four Missions, win the first four Arenas, and have earned over 25,000 XP in-game are eligible to have their name on the in-game leaderboard. However, only the names of the top 15 XP earners will be displayed. You can still see your own XP rank next to your name even if you are not in the top 15. Note that only the XPs earned from missions, arenas, login rewards, and daily spins count here. Community rewards and campaign XPs do not show up here. This keeps the ranking fair and focused purely on core gameplay skill.

#### Airdrops Leaderboard

The $MLD airdrop leaderboard will be live soon.

Community rewards are designed to evolve with the community itself. As the community size increases over time, the reward pool is also planned to grow proportionately to accommodate the growth in participation.
